Chrome-Moly

Stainless Steel

Grade: 304L / 316L / 317L / 321 / 347

Applications:

• Used for exhaust manifolds, expansion joints, high temperature chemical process heat exchanger tubes, and recuperator tubes
• Good strength and toughness at cryogenic temperatures
• Heat exchangers, feedwater heaters, condensers, and evaporators
• Corrosion resistance to sour crude

High Yield Steel

Grade: From X52 to X100

Applications:

• High pressure pipeline onshore & offshore applications
• Gas pipeline transmission
• Sour gas resistance pipeline applications
• Subsea service

Nickel Alloy

Grade: 625 / 825

Applications:

• Components where exposure to sea water and high mechanical stresses are required
• Oil and gas production where hydrogen sulfide and elementary sulfur exist at temperature in excess of 302 F (150 C)
• Components exposed to flue gas or in flue gas desulphurization plant
• Flare stacks on offshore oil platforms
• Hydrocarbon processing from tar-sand and oil shale recovery projects
• Refining components exposed to SCC plus hydrogen sulfide attack

Clad

Grade: Stainless steel / Duplex / Ni Alloy / Hastelloy / Copper Nickel / Titanium

Base Metals: Carbon steel / Chromium-Molybdenum

Applications:

• Providing a long-life and high reliability corrosion resistance to harsh environment applications
• Very economical way to provide excellent corrosion resistance for steel structures without jeopardizing design thickness
