Coating Solutions
Integrated pipe and coating facility of Canadoil Coating provides customers’ transportation benefits in cost reduction, time saving and risk minimizing in pipe damage as there is no need to transfer pipes to non-integrated coating facility.
We also provide production benefits as using integrated coating facility provides just-in-time coating and helps reducing risk of pipe damage and controlling quality of pipes during transfer of finished pipes to integrated coating facility. So, the production flows smoothly as pipes are in good condition before moving into coating process.

External Coating
External coating helps protecting pipes from surrounding environment. It can provide corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, increased durability and protection from mechanical damage, depending on the type of external coating.

Dual Layer FBE provides excellent adhesion to steel, thereby providing superior long term corrosion resistance and protection of pipelines operating up to 105°C. The superior adhesion properties of the anti-corrosion coating also provide excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment which reduces the cost of cathodic protection during the operation of the pipeline.
